We are just weeks away from the big release of EA Sports FC 25, and on Monday, the first batch of those all-important player ratings were revealed.

Real Madrid and England midfielder Jude Bellingham is the game’s cover star this year, but he is not the highest-rated player on the game.

That accolade belongs to his new team-mate Kylian Mbappé, who alongside Manchester City duo Rodri and Erling Haaland is rated 91 in the game, one point ahead of Bellingham’s 90.

Here is the top 10…

The second rung down features two goalkeepers in Real Madrid’s Thibaut Courtois and Barcelona’s Marc-André ter Stegen joined on 88 by Inter striker Lautaro Martínez and Liverpool duo Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah.

Inter Miami’s Lionel Messi is also rated 88.

And rounding off the top 25 are a couple more goalkeepers in Manchester City’s Ederson and Atlético de Madrid’s Jan Oblak, who are also joined on 88 by Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva, and Real Madrid pair Fede Valverdi and Antonio Rüdiger.

EA Sports FC 25 will be released worldwide on 27 September 2024.
