Tottenham are interested in signing Manchester City winger Savinho, with the clubs having been in talks for weeks over a deal.

The 22-year-old is a top target for Roberto Di Zerbi’s side, according to Fabrizio Romano, with the Brazilian featuring sporadically during last season, with four goals and three assists in 36 appearances.

The north London side have revived their interest in the forward after missing out on him last summer, with any potential deal reliant on City finding a replacement.

Tuttosport report that AC Milan are keeping an eye on Phil Foden, with any deal for the 26-year-old possible if they can offload Rafael Leao. The Rossoneri could launch a bid between €50-60 million, which is the fee City would want for the England international.

Although no negotiations have begun, both clubs have a good relationship after Tijjani Reijnders’ move to the Etihad last summer.

Elsewhere, Mundo Deportivo say Sunderland are one of a number of clubs looking at Monaco striker Folarin Balogun, with Borussia Dortmund and Juventus also interested. With the 25-year-old more than likely to depart the Ligue 1 club this window, Italian giants Juventus look to be leading the race for the forward.

Balogun is coming off an encouraging World Cup for the USA, where he was the leading striker, scoring three times in four matches.

Meanwhile, Chelsea will have to pay Crystal Palace £55 million if they want to sign French defender Maxence Lacroix, report the Times. The 26-year-old has made 98 appearances for the Eagles, with the west Londoners having held formal talks. Lacroix is expected to push for a move to Stamford Bridge, with Palace hopeful of keeping him.

Finally, AS report that new Fulham head coach Alvaro Arbeloa has asked his side to explore signing Real Madrid midfielder Cesar Palacios, having already enquired about Los Blancos youngsters Gonzalo García and Franco Mastantuono.
