In a recent report, journalist Graeme Bailey claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are eyeing another move for Bournemouth striker Eli Junior Kroupi. It has been mentioned that Spurs are hoping to lure the French forward to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this off-season.
Kroupi enjoyed a good run of form at the English club in the previous campaign as he put in a series of productive displays for them in the final third. The 20-year-old scored 13 times in 35 matches for Bournemouth last season on all fronts.
The French talent is currently among the best young strikers in the Premier League. Thus, it is no surprise that Spurs are showing interest in recruiting him later this year.
His current contract at the Vitality Stadium will run out in the summer of 2030, which could make it tough for Tottenham to sign him on the cheap this off-season.

Kroupi is proficient at finding some space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He can shoot the ball with power from long range and is usually quite clever with his movements in and around the opponent’s penalty area. Kroupi can chip in by scoring his fair share of goals up top. He is primarily a centre-forward but can also fill in as a left-winger or play in the number ten position if asked to do so.
The French sensation has already proven himself to be a decent contributor in the Premier League. Hence, he won’t take much time to adjust to life at the North London club if they manage to get him on board this summer.
We can expect Kroupi to add more quality and depth to Tottenham head coach Roberto De Zerbi’s frontline. He has what it takes to fight for a regular first-team spot at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the coming seasons.
At 20, Kroupi has got the potential to be a world-class player in his position someday as long as he continues to improve with each year. Hence, Spurs would be wise to go all out to bring him to North London before the end of this transfer window.
