The rumour mill continues to churn our transfer gossip. Here are all the latest transfer rumours from around the Premier League and Europe.

Arsenal have reportedly agreed personal terms with France midfielder Manu Kone, ahead of a potential move to North London. The Gunners want to beef up their midfield with the 25-year-old, who could be a casualty of Roma's need to remain financially compliant. Despite securing Champions League qualification, Gazzetta dello Sport report that Roma require sales, and the Italians have set a €50m (£43.2m) price tag for Kone.

On the other side of the North London divide,Tottenham Hotspur are 'increasingly confident' of landing Sandro Tonali from Newcastle. Despite a £100m price tag, a newly-ambitious Spurs are ready to shatter their transfer record for the Italian. The Telegraph report that Roberto De Zerbi is desperate to land his compatriot in a statement signing.

Sticking in London,Chelsea are continuing to monitor Porto's Diogo Costa as a potential addition. The shot-stopper has been regularly linked with a Premier League move and could be on the lookout for a new challenge after the World Cup. Portugal's Record claim Porto will want around €60m (£51.8m) for the club captain.

Marcus Rashford's future remains up in the air after Barcelona rejected the chance to sign the winger permanently. The Spanish champions passed on a €30m purchase option, despite an impressive loan spell last season. Manchester United have set a new asking price of £40m for Rashford, which is available to all but two clubs. ESPN report that neither Manchester City or Liverpool are permitted to access the discount deal.

Having grown frustrated withBeto and Thierno Barry, Everton are on the hunt for a new goal-getter. Football Insider claim that Juventus forward Lois Openda is a top target for the Toffees. After a sticky spell in Turin, Openda is free to leave for the right offer. Everton, Leeds and Nottingham Forest are all chasing a loan-to-buy deal.
