Trent Alexander-Arnold responds to Real Madrid’s victory over Villarreal | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Trent Alexander-Arnold has taken to social media, to provide his response to the club’s latest victory.

Real, of course, were back in action on Saturday night.

Turning focus back towards matters on the domestic front, Los Blancos welcomed Villarreal to the Spanish capital, for a La Liga clash.

When all was said and done, Xabi Alonso’s troops emerged on the right side of a 3-1 result, to take their place, at least temporarily, back atop the table.

Vinícius Jr. proved himself the star of the show on the evening, courtesy of a brace.

Playing no part in the fixture, on the other hand, was the aforementioned Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Right-back Alexander-Arnold is sidelined long-term at present, owing to a muscular injury suffered last month.

Post-match, the former Liverpool man was therefore quick to take to social media, to celebrate his teammates’ achievement.

In a post on his official Instagram account, Alexander-Arnold unveiled an image of Vinícius Jr, accompanied by the caption:

‘Vamos equipo!!’
