Trubin names Mbappé and Lamine Yamal he would love at Benfica

"I would say Mbappé or Lamine Yamal," said the Ukraine international goalkeeper, speaking to DAZN.

He also identified Pedri of Barcelona, plus Michael Olise and Jamal Musiala of Bayern, as standout opponents he has faced, excluding Real Madrid and Barcelona forwards.

Reflecting on his favourite career moment, he highlighted "the goal against Real Madrid" in the final round of last season’s Champions League league phase, and noted he felt confused in the closing minutes.

On his best save, he said it came against Iceland in November during 2026 World Cup qualifying, adding: "It is the first that comes to mind, in the last World Cup qualifier, because it was important, as the score was 0-0, and at the same time difficult."

The goalkeeper answered swiftly when asked who he would most like as a team-mate.
