Tyrique George completes move to Everton

Everton have added Tyrique George from Chelsea on a loan deal for the remainder of the 2025-26 season, with the option to make the move permanent in the summer.

The 19-year-old joins Goodison Park to cover for Jack Grealish, who faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines with a fractured foot.

George, a product of Chelsea’s academy, has made 37 first-team appearances for the Blues, scoring six goals, and featured regularly in their Conference League-winning campaign last season, including a Champions League goal against Ajax in October.

This term, he has started just one Premier League match, limited by the arrivals of Alejandro Garnacho, Jamie Gittens, and Estevao.
