UEFA said in a statement that it has entered exclusive negotiations with Nike to supply the Champions League match ball.
Adidas, supplier since 2001, could lose the role if an agreement is reached.

The proposed switch would also cover the Europa League and the Europa Conference League, extending across all men's club competitions.
No images of the potential designs have emerged.
The prospective term is 2027 to 2031.
