Under-15s and Under-17s step up Paulista preparations

On Thursday (14), at CFA Laudo Natel, the U-15 and U-17 squads trained in the morning as they continue their Paulista Championship campaigns, while the U-20 had a day focused on recovery and load management for the players.

The U-15 began activities with individual tactical drills in 1v1 situations, prioritizing high-speed duels. The session then progressed to 2v1 actions, with a focus on both offensive and defensive behaviors.

The U-17, meanwhile, held a training session focused on transitions and defensive organization, fine-tuning the team’s movement and positioning for the next round of the state championship.

Both squads return to the field this Saturday (16), at CFA Laudo Natel, to face Atlético Paulista in the fourth round of the Paulista Championship. The U-15 match kicks off at 9 a.m., while the U-17 plays at 11 a.m., with both matches streamed on SPFC Play.

For the U-20, players who had limited minutes or did not feature in the match against Cruzeiro took part in activities on the field. Those who played most of the match carried out recovery work in the gym.

In the afternoon, the schedule continued as normal for the younger age groups, with training sessions focused on the technical development of the young players, followed by a small-sided game.
