AC Milan and Inter Milan are hellbent on seeing out their ambitious San Siro project and building a new state-of-the-art stadium.
Per Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, despite their differences in the financial world, RedBird and Oaktree share a common goal.
Indeed, both American funds, at the helm of Milan and Inter, are eager to take the San Siro clubs to the next level.
Furthermore, a new stadium is central to that plan, with both parties working hand-in-hand to achieve a common target.

Inter president Beppe Marotta recently confirmed the club’s plan to start the construction of the new venue in 2027.
Meanwhile, Inter’s ownership enjoys full autonomy without external deadlines or constraints.
Unlike Oaktree, RedBird operates under the watchful eye of its lender.
As collateral for its loan, the lender holds a pledge on Milan’s shares, forcing the Americans to work under pressure.
However, RedBird’s intention is the same as Oaktree’s – both parties want a better future for Milan clubs.
