The Curva Sud have announced that further restrictions have been imposed on them regarding the flags and banners they can display inside the stadium.
There had already been a ban put on anything that references the groups within the Curva as part of the ongoing investigation into the Ultras of both Milan and Inter regarding alleged illicit affairs.
Now, a new ban has been announced for the Curva Sud ahead of Milan-Fiorentina: they will not be able to display the banner ‘Solo per la maglia’ seen in recent matches. The decision, like the previous ones, comes from the GOS and the Milan Police Headquarters.
The announcement was made by the Curva itself, who stated in a story on Instagram: “Today, in addition to the usual ban that has persisted for months and which prohibits the display of any banner or flag that refers to the Secondo Blu groups, we will no longer be able to display even the banner SOLO PER LA MAGLIA, again due to a decision imposed by the GOS and the Police Headquarters.
“This is yet another episode of unjustified repression, where we are practically not allowed anything to cheer for, in the general silence of all the workers.”
It has been far from a harmonious climate surrounding Milan and their supporters, with numerous protests already carried out this season against the ownership, management and the players.
