Valencia CF have agreed a new deal with David Otorbi. According to Superdeporte, the Valencia Mestalla winger has signed until 30 June 2028, with three optional years as a first-team player.

The agreement secures the future of one of Paterna’s most promising graduates amid interest from elsewhere.

Otorbi’s development this season has stood out at Paterna. A clear physical transformation has brought greater burst on the pitch, complemented by sharper decision-making and one-on-one threat.

He has added power, speed and endurance, helping him dominate wide duels and sustain high-intensity efforts for longer. The result is a more rounded profile, ready for bigger challenges.

While he has been involved with the first team, his consistency has come with the reserves. For Valencia Mestalla he has rediscovered his youth-level form with crucial regularity and maturity.

A pivotal display came in the win over UE Sant Andreu in a relegation fight. Otorbi created the opener with a fine solo run before laying the ball to Gamón to finish, a contribution that helped lift the side out of the play-out places.

Calls for a senior chance are growing. He has already played minutes, debuting in the Copa del Rey against FC Cartagena in 23/24 and showing flashes that fit a Valencia side seeking wing dribbling and freshness.
