Bayern Munich clinched their 35th Bundesliga title with four games to spare after a 4-2 win at VfB Stuttgart on Sunday. Vincent Kompany insisted they will not let the run-in be distorted.
According to L'Équipe, the Bayern coach plans to rotate further in the league to protect key players. He said he had already done so in recent weeks and could do so more now, while stressing Bayern would not distort the Bundesliga.
Kompany highlighted his players' mentality and the quality of the bench shown against Stuttgart. He added they will target a win on every matchday.
With the league wrapped up, attention turns to the German Cup semi-final away to Leverkusen on Wednesday at 20:45, then a Champions League semi-final against PSG on 28 April and 6 May.
In the Bundesliga, Bayern visit Mainz on Saturday, three days before travelling to the Parc des Princes. Between the two PSG legs, they will host Heidenheim, who are bottom and almost relegated.
