Vlahovic, Salah, Stones lead 20 notable free agents as of July 1st

July 1st marks the official expiration date of several contracts across European football, with the futures of a number of high-profile names still undecided.
Some top-level footballers are now official free agents, with clubs scrambling to sign them on Bosman deals.
According toTransfermarkt.com, Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic is the most valuable free agent now out of contract. Vlahovic was unable to agree an extension at Juventus and is now on the hunt for a new challenge. The 26-year-old, who scored 68 goals in 168 games for Juventus, has been linked with sides in Serie A, the Bundesliga, and the Premier League.
Mohamed Salah is also searching for a new club after an agreement was reached with Liverpool to end his contract early. The Egyptian has left Liverpool by mutual consent, with Fenerbahce among his suitors.
John Stones is another long-serving star to have left a Premier League giants, with his decorated decade at Manchester City reaching its conclusion.
Elsewhere, formerBayern Munich midfielder Leon Goretzka has departed the German champions and has been linked with the Premier League, while Yves Bissouma is on the hunt for a new club after leaving Tottenham Hotspur.
Other notable names now without a club include formerArsenal full-backs Oleksandr Zinchenko and Takehiro Tomiyasu, ex-Borussia Dortmund midfielder Julian Brandt, and Celta Vigo full-back Oscar Mingueza.
Jadon Sancho, who joinedManchester United in a £72.1m deal in 2021, is also now unattached after leaving Old Trafford. Former teammate Casemiro has also left Manchester United, though is understood to be nearing a three-year deal at Inter Miami.
