Manchester City look to keep within touching distance of Premier League table toppers Arsenal when they take on West Ham in an evening out in the capital.

Pep Guardiola's side came into the weekend programme sitting seven points off Mikel Arteta's Arsenal, with a match in hand over the Gunners as the race at the top continues to rage on.

The Hammers, by contrast, continue to flirt with the prospect of relegation, entering the weekend in 18th and level on points with Nottingham Forest (17th), and just one further back of foundering giant Tottenham (16th).
