West Ham have issued their retained list after relegation to the Championship, with Adama Traore and Lukasz Fabianski to leave on free transfers this summer.
The club said in a statement that both will be listed as free transfers when their contracts expire on 30 June. Their 14-year top-flight stay ended despite a final-day 3-0 home win over newly promoted Leeds, who were already safe with three games left.
Fabianski, 41, spent seven seasons with West Ham from 2018 to 2025, winning Hammer of the Year in 2019 and featuring in the UEFA Europa Conference League triumph in 2023. He returned on a one-year deal in September 2025.
Spanish winger Traore, 30, arrived from Fulham in January and made 12 appearances. He started three FA Cup ties, supplying assists against Brentford and Leeds, and made nine Premier League outings as a substitute.
French centre-back Axel Disasi will return to Chelsea at the end of his loan after 17 appearances in the Premier League and FA Cup, including a goal against Leeds in the sixth round.
Development squad players Michael Forbes, Junior Robinson, Tyron Akpata, Daniel Rigge, David Chigwada and Tom Wooster will also depart, along with academy scholar Jonathan Unwin on 30 June.
Robinson played more than 100 youth games and had loans at Livingston, Sutton United and Boreham Wood. Forbes made 78 youth appearances and debuted for Northern Ireland in November 2023. Rigge featured in the 2023 FA Youth Cup final win over Arsenal.
