Juventus are preparing to take on Roma in one of their biggest games of the season in Serie A, but head coach Luciano Spalletti will not speak to the media during the pre-match press conferences. Here is who will stand in for the Bianconeri head coach.
This is not the first time this season that Spalletti has decided against attending a pre-match press conference in Serie A. The Bianconeri head coach also sent captain Manuel Locatelli to address the media ahead of the Derby d’Italia against Inter earlier this month.
In that instance, Spalletti decided against speaking to the media for two main reasons: One is to allow himself to fully focus on preparations for the match ahead, and another is because of the fact that he already held a customary pre-match press conference in the Champions League earlier that same week.

The same two reasons are true heading into the Roma match this weekend.
Instead of Locatelli, this time it will be over to defender Pierre Kalulu to talk to reporters at the pre-Roma press conference according to Friday’s reports from Corriere dello Sport.
