It’s a deal we really don’t believe in, but one that won’t go away. The chatter about Kenan Yildiz coming to Chelsea persists.

The Juventus attacker is in a bit of a contract situation in Turin, and as he creeps closer to the end of his deal with no resolution, the whispers only ramp up.
TeamTalk today say that their sources have told them that Chelsea are waiting in the wings to see how the latest round of negotiations with Juventus go before the Blues make another offer for the superbly talented 20 year old.
The same report says that Chelsea made a €70m offer in the summer which didn’t work out, and that price has likely only increased given he’s been a productive first team regular for the Old Lady this season. Until he’s into the final year of his deal, that will continue to be the case.
We still think Chelsea are well stocked enough in attack that they will want to try and rely on their young players rather than spend big – but the number of times we’re hearing about Yildiz plus his contract situation does make us pause for thought and wonder if he could yet be a major target for next summer.
All eyes are now on this next round of talks in Turin for the next update on his future.
Nicolas Jackson is another player who wants a move, in his case away from Chelsea. It’s not looking promising, but sources close to the player claim it’s still on the cards.
Estevao Willian has just got back from international duty, where he learned a fact about his club and national team managers which he found “amazing.”
