Wolves and West Brom will renew their Black Country derby in 2026/27, with dates set for Saturday, 19 September at Molineux and Saturday, 20 February at The Hawthorns.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, the fixtures were confirmed in Thursday lunchtime's release. At this stage the dates indicate the fixture weekends, and kick-off details could change for television. The Molineux meeting falls immediately before the first international break.

The clubs resume league rivalry for the first time since 2020/21 in the Championship. These will be the first league derbies played in front of supporters since 2011/12.

They met in the Premier League six seasons ago, but both games were behind closed doors due to Covid. Albion won 3-2 at Molineux, and it finished 1-1 at The Hawthorns.

The neighbours also faced off in the FA Cup fourth round in January 2024, where Wolves won 2-0 at The Hawthorns. That tie was marred and delayed by altercations in the stands.

TV picks until the end of September, including the Molineux clash, will be confirmed by next week, July 2. This season has a tweaked international schedule, with two rather than three before Christmas and three rather than four overall. The first begins after the 19 September weekend and lasts three weeks, with clubs back on the weekend of October 10.
