Senegal will be looking to make headlines at the 2026 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), with the final tournament set to take place in Morocco from March 17 to April 3, 2026.

The Lionesses have been drawn into Group A, alongside Kenya, Algeria, and Kenya.

Senegal team preview

The Senegalese national team is set for its fourth appearance in the continent's flagship women's competition, having previously featured in the finals in 2012, 2022, and 2024.

Their best performance so far has been reaching the quarterfinals in both the 2022 and 2024 editions.
