Young Leaders inspire through coaching | OneFootball

Today was all about putting learning into action as the Young Leaders stepped onto the pitch to lead community soccer sessions for local children in Atlanta.

After days of training and coaching workshops, the Young Leaders had the opportunity to apply their new skills in a real-world setting delivering engaging and inclusive sessions to the community. From energisers to group activities, the sessions created a safe space for young people to play soccer.

This was a great opportunity for the Young Leaders to take charge, inspire others, and see the impact of their leadership firsthand. With the support from our CITC coaches and local partner Soccer in the Streets, the day was filled with high energy, smiles, and community spirit.

The coaching sessions also gave the visiting Young Leaders from Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York an understanding of Atlanta’s local culture and soccer community.
