The Croatian midfielder took a remarkable initiative ahead of the Italian derby. Luka Modrić covered the tickets for 60 of his friends and family members so they could attend the match at San Siro. And while this act of generosity was impressive, he didn’t stop there. Modrić also helped some of his loved ones travel from Croatia to be at the game.

Among the invited guests was Mario Mandžukić, already in Italy, joining the family and friends of the 2018 World Cup finalist. Having delivered a remarkable season under Massimiliano Allegri, Modrić continues to shine with the current runners-up in the league.
