Important notes for our fans

We are all ready for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the USA! All fans coming to our group stage matches in TQL Stadium (Cincinnati), Audi Field (Washington, D. C.) or Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia) to support our Red Bulls can find an overview of all the key info on the tournament here.

Ticket info

All those purchasing tickets will be contacted three days before the start of the tournament in an email from FIFA with information on when digital tickets permitting stadium access will be available.
Tickets will only be available on the official FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ App. You can download this in the respective App stores:

Please ensure you use the same log-in data on the app as you did in purchasing tickets from the FIFA ticketing portal so that your tickets are displayed.
Tickets still available: fans who have not yet booked a seat can still get tickets for our matches on the official FIFA ticket portal, with only official resale tickets available for the group stage clash against Real Madrid. Details on tickets can be obtained from FIFA:

Travel

Detailed information on travelling to each match as well as any further details will be sent by FIFA directly to ticket holders by email.

Fan items

The following fan items are allowed in principle for Club World Cup matches and DO NOT need to be registered in advance:

Banners and flags up to a maximum of 1.5 x 2 metres made from non-flammable materials.
Flexible flagpoles from non-flammable plastic that are not longer than 1 metre and not larger than 1cm in diameter and therefore present no security risk.
Relevant fire safety certification must be presented to security staff at the entrance to the stadium.

Fan items that exceed the above-mentioned criteria must be registered with FIFA via our club. We ask you to please contact fanbetreuung@redbullsalzburg.at.

Bags in stadiums

Only bags with a maximum size of 30 x 30 x 15 cm are allowed in the stadiums.
These bags must be transparent and made from plastic, vinyl or PVC.
Small handbags or wallets the size of a hand (max. 11 x 16.5 cm) are allowed even if they are not transparent.

Other

In all stadiums, including both indoor and outdoor areas, smoking is not permitted. Also prohibited are any kind of tobacco, vapes, electronic smoking devices and matches.
