UOL reports that the TJD could charge Palmeiras pair Andreas Pereira and Luighi over incidents in Sunday’s Dérbi at Neo Química Arena. The moments were not included in referee Raphael Claus’s match report.

In the first half, Andreas deliberately scuffed the penalty spot in his own area, after which Memphis Depay missed the kick.

In the second half, shortly after Flaco López scored, Luighi picked up a spare ball behind Hugo Souza’s goal and kicked it towards the Corinthians fans, striking a supporter in the face.

Although Claus did not note either incident, the tribunal can still open a case, as all matches run by the FPF are reviewed for potential offences.

After the match, coach Dorival Júnior expressed anger at the officials’ failure to act.

Hours later, Depay complained on social media.

Neither club has commented publicly. The Palmeiras hierarchy does not understand the basis for any complaint, arguing both incidents could have been checked by VAR.
