Racing have also acknowledged their concrete interest. “There is genuine interest,” sources within the club admitted. “We started talks a week ago.” The optimism reflects Racing’s desire to strengthen their squad by adding a young, technically gifted profile. Indeed one capable of making an immediate impact.

For Inter, the move would represent a pragmatic choice.

Allowing Carboni to return to Argentina on loan would give him the chance to regain rhythm. As well as confidence and responsibility in a familiar environment. Meanwhile the Nerazzurri continue to monitor his progress closely.

If final details are resolved as expected, Carboni could soon begin a new chapter with Racing Club, starting the next phase of his career with regular football and renewed momentum.
