In a recent report, El Nacional mentioned that Barcelona are eager to land Bayern Munich star Harry Kane next year. It has been stated that the Catalan club are eyeing a move to bring the English centre-forward to the Nou Camp.
Kane had enjoyed a rich vein of form at the Munich club this season as he has put in a string of productive displays for them in the final third. The England international has banged in 13 goals and secured four assists in 11 appearances for Bayern Munich during this campaign so far across multiple competitions.
The 32-year-old deserves a lot of credit for averaging 2.27 shots per 90 minutes in the Bundesliga. He has kept 66.7% of his attempts on target. Kane has also been tidy with his ball distribution after completing 80.5% of his attempted passes in the German first division (stats via fbref.com).
His current contract at the Munich club will run out in the summer of 2027. Thus, Barcelona could potentially sign him on a cut-price deal at the end of this campaign.

Kane excels at finding a yard of space to get some strikes in at goal. He is a lethal finisher in the final third and has got the vision to engineer some inviting chances for his teammates to find the back of the net.
Standing at 1.88m, the English striker can use his strong frame to hold possession up for his side in the opponent’s half. He has got a wealth of experience at the highest level and would be a great signing for Barcelona to pull off next summer.
We can expect Kane to bring more goals to Barca boss Hansi Flick’s frontline. He is good enough to help the Catalan giants compete for some major trophies in the coming years. Furthermore, the English forward would serve as an ideal replacement for Robert Lewandowski at the La Liga club.
At 32, Kane has still got a few good years left in him to play at his best. Thus, it makes sense for Barcelona to try everything they can to lure him to the Nou Camp at the end of this season.
