PSG could have another Barcelona player on their radar as the French side continues to establish itself as a European powerhouse after winning the UEFA Champions League as part of their treble. As a result, there could be another move on the horizon.
The club has a track record of luring talent away from Barcelona, and this wouldn’t be the first instance. Arnau Tenas and Ousmane Dembélé were the latest to switch from Barcelona to PSG. Moreover, Neymar Jr., Lionel Messi, and Xavi Simons also went from Spain to France. Could another be next?

Despite the player’s recent long-term injury, E-Notícies reports that PSG manager Luis Enrique is still pursuing a transfer for Barcelona midfielder Gavi.
In August, the 21-year-old featured in Barcelona’s opening two matches of the season before injuring his right knee during a training session in August and is expected to miss the next five months after having knee surgery.
“He’s a player with a big heart and a lot of emotion,” Barcelona manager Hansi Flick said after the injury was announced (h/t BBC). “It’s not easy for this team, because he has a huge quality for us, but every one of us will support him and will help him to reach his level again.”
Nonetheless, PSG’s interest in Gavi might not be new. Earlier this year, Dembélé, who has been in excellent form since the start of 2025, sparked speculation after updating his Instagram profile picture to an old photo of him with Gavi from their time at Barcelona.
