Boca Juniors are weighing possible exits at right-back this window, with Lucas Blondel and Luis Advíncula among those who could move.
According to LaNumer12.com.ar, Argentinos Juniors are tracking Blondel as he seeks regular minutes to push for Switzerland’s World Cup squad. They face a Copa Libertadores play-off and view him as a key addition.
Blondel is open to a switch to La Paternal, while Tigre and Racing Club are also considering him. Any move will hinge on negotiations and on what Boca deem best.
Advíncula’s situation is also in play. The Peruvian is under contract until December 2026 and is among the top earners, with Alianza Lima preparing a formal offer to repatriate him. A return appeals, though no decision has been made, and offloading a major salary could free room to strengthen elsewhere before the Libertadores push.
There is progress on the academy front. Dylan Gorosito, 19, will join the first team for pre-season on two January at Boca Predio under the coaching staff. He won the Torneo Clausura and the Trofeo de Campeones de Proyección and impressed at the Under-20 World Cup with Argentina.
Boca are braced for a busy window, with two full-backs potentially departing and a youngster stepping up. These moves could mark the start of a new phase in defence, which is set to face heavy competition in 2026.
