The transfer window has now firmly shut until the summer, and whilst our failure to replace the departing Kyogo has left something of a dark cloud over the club and left us rightly questioning the Celtic Board, but it’s not what we should be focused on come this evening when we head along to Celtic Park.
Yes be critical of the board’s failings by all means, and continue to question them, we are all paying customers after all. But it’s time to look forward and not back, and by that I mean backing the players on the park who need and deserve our full attention and support tonight as we face Dundee on league duty with the chance to re-establish our 13 point lead at the top of the table as we edge closer to another title triumph.

Tonight’s game, which is a re-arranged fixture due to the effects of Storm Éowyn a couple of weeks ago, is the start of a run of four consecutive home fixtures across three different competitions.
It’s vital we fully support the side on the battles ahead, and tonight’s game is the first of two fixtures before be face the might of Bayern Munich in that mouth-watering Champions League play off clash at Celtic Park a week today.

If we want to be successful we all need to be fully focused on the challenges ahead starting tonight as we face Dundee, who recently gave us a real fright at Dens Park in that 3-3 draw. That means putting the transfer window failing of our hierarchy firmly to the back of our minds.
Yes they are culpable and not for the first time, and we won’t stop questioning or criticising them, but the players deserve our full and focused backing at this moment. Let’s give the Bhoys our full support tonight.
