Chelsea have named their squad for the Champions League, with summer signing Facundo Buonanotte missing out on selection.
The Blues secured a fourth place finish last season to return to Europe’s premier club competition for the first time in two seasons.
Chelsea have got some great games in the league phase and will face the likes of Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Napoli.
The Blues kick off their campaign away at Bayern on September 17th, and the club named their Champions League squad on Wednesday.
Despite being under UEFA restrictions this summer the Blues were able to register their new signings, although one surprisingly missed out.

Jorrel Hato, Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens, Alejandro Garnacho and Liam Delap all made it, but there was no room for Buonanotte.
Buonanotte was a surprise loan signing from Brighton, and the Argentine had spoken about how he was looking forward to playing in the Champions League.
However, that now seems unlikely to happen, and the 20-year-old will have to make do with playing in the Premier League and domestic cups, despite being likened to Lionel Messi by Carlos Tevez.
Romeo Lavia, Tyrique George and Josh Acheampong weren’t named in the original squad, but the trio are believed to have been named on the B list.
Chelsea have previously won the Champions League on two occasions and will be looking to add a third star this season.
The Blues will be up against it and face a very difficult task, but the club have shown they thrive in knockout football, and have the ability to upset the odds.
