John Terry has given Estevao his seal of approval after the young Chelsea star's late winner against Liverpool.
The Brazilian wonderkid picked the perfect opportunity to score his first goal for the club, sliding in to tuck home Marc Cucurella's cross in the 96th minute as Liverpool were beaten 2-1 at Stamford Bridge.
Estevao arrived at Stamford Bridge over the summer with a huge reputation, and has wasted no time paying back his £50million transfer fee, and one Chelsea legend is already a big fan.
"Love him [Estevao] already," Terry posted on Instagram, along with images of the 18-year-old celebrating his goal, and then added: "Also, what a ball from Marc Cucurella."
Reacting to his goal on social media, Estevao wrote: "First of all, I want to thank God for everything he’s been doing in my life.
"I feel truly fulfilled after scoring my first Premier League goal on an incredible night alongside our fans! It’s hard to describe this moment… I’ll keep working to improve every day!"
This season was expected to be one for Estevao to settle in England and get used to English football, but he has already made nine appearances, including three starts in the Premier League.
"I'm already getting lots of opportunities at Chelsea, more than I even expected," Estevao told Globo Esporte.
"But I think it's the result of the hard work I've maintained in training. [Enzo] Maresca has a lot of confidence in me to play, even arriving in a new league, in a new country.
"I try to repay that on the field."
