Chelsea have been crowned Women’s FA Cup champions after easing to a 3-0 win over Manchester United in Sunday’s final.
The result capped off an unbeaten domestic season for Sonia Bompastor's side, who broke the deadlock just before half-time.
Sandy Baltimore converted from the spot after a clumsy challenge from Norway’s Celin Bizet brought down Erin Cuthbert in the box.
Baltimore then turned creator in the dying minutes, delivering a pinpoint free-kick that substitute Catarina Macário headed home. The French star wasn’t done there - she bagged her second in stoppage time with a tidy finish from close range.
The Blues finish their domestic campaign without a single defeat, having already lifted the League Cup against Manchester City and clinched a sixth straight Women’s Super League title.
This latest triumph also sees Chelsea become the first Barclays WSL team to secure a domestic treble twice, having first achieved the feat in the 2020/21 season.
