EXCLUSIVE! The 25 players on Chelsea’s summer shortlist for transfer targets and scouting REVEALED!!

Obviously with sporting director Paul Winstanley, who seems to have all the power at the club, being an ex-Brighton staff member, a lot of their new signings and staff members have come from this club over recent times.

And now, it looks like they might be looking at signing yet another player from the Premier League club, although I’m not sure I see too much in this one personally.

Chelsea are gearing up to challenge Bayern Munich for the signing of Brighton goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen and crucially.

According to a report from TEAMtalk this week, The Blues are prepared to match the Seagulls’ £50million tag.

The report also claims that Paul Winstanley and head of global goalkeeping Ben Roberts both carried out extensive work on Verbruggen during their time at Brighton.

Brighton would demand in excess of £50million for Verbruggen, a figure Chelsea are apparently prepared to negotiate with.

Nicolas Jackson is not having a great time in Bayern Munich at the moment, only playing a bit-part role there out on loan. He was even left out of the latest match day squad for them yesterday, signalling a sign that actually, they don’t even rate him that highly and he will not be staying there beyond the summer.

It looks like we might finally see defender Mamadou Sarr in action on Friday night since his return to the club in the January window. Sarr is expected to either start or play some minutes in the FA Cup game vs Hull City!
