Copenhagen submit offer for Palmeiras forward Riquelme Fillipi

According to Nosso Palestra, Copenhagen have lodged an official bid for Palmeiras academy graduate Riquelme Fillipi, with the fee undisclosed.

Palmeiras are assessing the offer and have not ruled out his departure. Fillipi has featured in the early rounds of the Campeonato Paulista under Abel Ferreira, making his first start against Santos last week.

The club are also close to selling Facundo Torres to Austin FC in the United States for about US$ 9.5 million, roughly R$ 51 million at current rates.

Another player expected to leave in the coming weeks is Luighi. Palmeiras have received three proposals for the forward in recent days and are evaluating the terms.

Upcoming fixtures: 20 January, Tuesday, Novorizontino v Palmeiras at 20:00 Brasília time. Then 24 January, Saturday, Palmeiras v São Paulo at 18:30 Brasília time.
