Corinthians have signed forward Kaio César, 21, from Al-Hilal on a season-long loan. The deal includes a fixed option to buy, and he becomes the club’s fourth addition of the 2026 window.

Corinthians will cover his wages during the loan. According to Meu Timao, the purchase clause is around 6 million euros for 50 per cent of his economic rights.

Kaio has already trained with the squad and was registered in the CBF’s BID on Thursday, making him available to Dorival Júnior for Sunday’s Supercopa do Brasil against Flamengo in Brasília.

Corinthians had monitored the winger last year, but a FIFA transfer ban stalled talks at the time. Dorival requested more pace in attack and Kaio fits that brief.

Since August, he has made 19 appearances for Al-Hilal, including six starts, scoring one goal with three assists. He previously played for Coritiba and Vitória de Guimarães in Portugal.

Earlier in the window, Corinthians signed centre-back Gabriel Paulista, midfielder Matheus Pereira and right-back Pedro Milans. They have also agreed a deal for Fortaleza goalkeeper João Ricardo, who is expected to undergo medical tests between March and April.
