Corinthians host Palmeiras in Brasileirão round 11 at Neo Química Arena on Sunday at 18h30, and they will be without nine players with four a booking away from suspension.

According to Meu Timao, the absentees are Memphis Depay, dealing with a grade 2 right thigh injury, Kaio César, in physical transition after a right hamstring issue, Gui Negão, with a right hamstring strain, João Pedro Tchoca, with pubis pain, Pedro Milans, out with a left ankle sprain, Hugo Farias, still recovering from right knee meniscus surgery, Charles, sidelined by a right heel problem, André Ramalho, suspended after a third yellow against Internacional, and Fabrizio Angileri, rested due to muscle fatigue.

Those on two yellow cards, who would miss the next league game at Vitória if booked again, are André Carrillo, Gustavo Henrique, goalkeeper Hugo Souza and right back Matheuzinho.

There is some relief as left back Matheus Bidu and midfielder Allan return after serving suspensions and missing the Internacional match last Sunday.

Corinthians sit 16th, the first place above the relegation zone, with two wins, four draws and four defeats from 10 matches. Beating their greatest rivals could ease pressure and lift them up the table.
