Corinthians register Zakaria Labyad for Paulistão, finalise 35-player list | OneFootball

Corinthians have registered midfielder Zakaria Labyad for the Campeonato Paulista. He is eligible to debut on Sunday against Portuguesa.

Friday was the final day for state teams to register for the remainder of the tournament. According to Meu Timao, Corinthians freed the slot held by Félix Torres, currently on loan at Internacional, to add Labyad. He had already been listed on the CBF's BID.

His inclusion finalises 35 names, 27 in Lista A and eight in Lista B. The second list is for club-trained players, carries no maximum, and requires a minimum age of 16, birth by 2005, and a continuous six-month contract.

Lista A features goalkeepers Hugo Souza, Kauê and Matheus Donelli, full backs Fabrizio Angileri, Hugo Farias, Matheuzinho, Matheus Bidu and Pedro Milans, centre-backs André Ramalho, Cacá, Gustavo Henrique, João Pedro Tchoca and Gabriel Paulista, midfielders André Carrillo, Allan, Charles, Matheus Pereira, Raniele, Rodrigo Garro, Ryan and Zakaria Labyad, and forwards Kaio César, Kayke, Memphis Depay, Pedro Raul, Vitinho and Yuri Alberto.

Lista B includes goalkeeper Felipe Longo, full back João Vitor Jacaré, midfielders André Luiz, Breno Bidon, Dieguinho, Gui Amorim and Luiz Gustavo Bahia, and forward Gui Negão.

Labyad's contract runs until 31 December 2026, with an automatic extension to the end of 2027 if he meets the agreed targets.
