Coritiba host Vasco da Gama in the Brasileirão on Wednesday, 1 April 2026 at Estádio Major Antônio Couto Pereira, with both sides in the Copa Sudamericana places and separated by two points.
Coritiba face Vasco da Gama with the recent head to head tight: four draws in the last eight league meetings, though the most recent in 2023 finished 5-1 to Vasco.
Coxa have won three of their last five in the league, including victories at Corinthians and Mirassol, but lost at Athletico Paranaense last time out. Vasco have beaten Palmeiras, Fluminense and Grêmio in recent rounds and drew at Cruzeiro.
Coxa-Branca are without Maicon (suspended) and Rodrigues (injured), while goalkeepers Benassi and Pedro Morisco are sidelined. For the visitors, Cruz-Maltino miss Jair and Mateus Carvalho through injury and Andrés Gómez is suspended.
Coxa have taken 10 of their 13 points on the road and scored just one goal at home so far, while Vasco have collected one point from three away trips and conceded seven on their travels. That contrast hints at a contest where Coxa look to lift their output at Couto Pereira, while Vasco's 13 league goals suggest they could still threaten.
A win would move Coxa to 16 points and further consolidate their Sudamericana spot. Vasco could reach 14 points and strengthen their position in that pack as they look to push up the table.
