Interestingly, Barcelona have been unbeaten in 2025 so far and will be hoping to extend this streak for a longer period. Their next game is scheduled against Las Palmas in the La Liga in an away package this weekend.

Hansi Flick’s side are at the top of the point table with 51 points after 24 rounds of play. Hence, they will be motivated to collect all three points. However, they have visibly struggled against low-block teams and the game will not be easy for them.

Defence

Without a doubt, Wojciech Szczesny is starting between the sticks as he is now the primary goalkeeper for Hansi Flick’s side. Jules Kounde was dropped from the starting lineup for coming late in a team meeting. However, he should return to the right-back spot this time.

Ronald Araujo is likely to replace Inigo Martinez to get the important minutes. He will have the services of Pau Cubarsi alongside him in the centre of the defence. Alejandro Balde remains an undisputed pick for the left-back role.

Midfield

Marc Casadó could get the nod ahead of Frenkie de Jong for the defensive role in the midfield. He will join Pedri, who is having a memorable season so far.

Attack

Lamine Yamal is an automatic pick for the right flank role while Raphinha is also a key member in the lineup. As Dani Olmo has regained his full fitness, he is likely to play as the attacking midfielder at the cost of Gavi.

Robert Lewandowski continues to deliver goals for the side and leads the attacking pack once again.

The Spanish side has two absentees: goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen and midfielder Marc Bernal.
