De Zerbi drops team selection hint ahead of Wolves clash | OneFootball

Roberto De Zerbi says a consistent team selection can help Spurs to secure Premier League survival.

Tottenham take on Wolves on Saturday looking to climb out of the relegation zone, and De Zerbi has suggested he will stick with a similar side to the one which drew with Brighton.

“I don’t like to change too many players,” he said. “One game, one game, different. Especially now we have to find the connection between the players. They have to be able to communicate inside the pitch.”

De Zerbi has been open about his belief that the Tottenham players are struggling with a lack of confidence.

“Listen, today is the 24th of April. We have not won a game in 2026 until now,” he reiterated.

“Can you think the players can suffer from these things or not? For sure. And to win a game can give them more energy, more confidence, more positivity. But they are human, not robots.”
