Dembélé double sends Paris Saint-Germain four points clear at the top | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain beat Toulouse 3-1 at the Parc des Princes to move four points clear in Ligue 1.

In the 23rd minute Ousmane Dembélé broke the deadlock with a stunning volley from the edge after a loose clearance. Rasmus Nicolaisen levelled soon after (27.), nodding in following Matvey Safonov's mistake that led to a corner and a failed claim, with Djibril Sidibe providing the final touch before the assist.

Dembélé restored the lead from close range (33.) after Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's near-post flick at a corner left him unmarked inside the six-yard box.

Late on, substitutes combined to settle it. In the second minute of second half stoppage time Gonçalo Ramos bent a first-time finish into the bottom corner from Nuno Mendes' pass.

PSG controlled the game with 71.9% possession and 17 attempts, seven on target. Toulouse managed five attempts and 28.1% of the ball.

Next, PSG host Liverpool in the Champions League. Toulouse host Lille next in the league.
