Manchester United could move for Crysencio Summerville if they offload Marcus Rashford, potentially reuniting the winger with Karl Darlow.
The Guardian reports that United would turn their attention to the West Ham winger if they manage to sell Rashford, with any deal expected to be worth around £30m.
Darlow, 35, left Leeds after seeing out his Elland Road contract and joined United earlier this week on a free transfer.
Summerville and Darlow spent one season together at Leeds, after Darlow arrived for a six-figure fee in 2023 following relegation to the Championship. The goalkeeper was deputy to Illan Meslier while Summerville hit 20 goals and nine assists, earning the Championship Player of the Year.
Leeds lost to Southampton at Wembley in the play-offs and Summerville moved to West Ham for £28m that summer.
He returned seven goals and three assists last season but could not prevent relegation, decided on the final day despite a 3-0 win over already-safe Leeds. He then headed to the World Cup with the Netherlands, registering 2 goals and 2 assists in 4 appearances.
United plan to sell Rashford after an uneasy spell that included loans to Aston Villa and Barcelona, although his wages complicate an exit. Relegated West Ham are open to a sale.
