Leeds United boss Daniel Farke says James Justin is a small doubt for the game against Sunderland on Tuesday.

But Farke is hopeful the defender could still play a part, despite having been on the end of a heavy challenge in the defeat to Manchester City in their last outing.

Joe Rodon was also forced off against City with a hamstring issue but Farke says he should be available.

“He had some problems with his hamstring,” he said.

“In the beginning it was not clear if he had just a cramp or an injury. We have assessed him and scanned him and it seems like he will be okay.

“I expect him to be available for tomorrow. It looks okay.

“The only little question mark after last game is James Justin because it was a straight leg against him, even though the foul against him was given.

“He needed to be stitched after the game because he was full of blood but he’s a tough boy and I also hope that he’s available for tomorrow.”

Striker Noah Okafor is set to miss out again, however.

“As it stands I expect just Noah Okafor to be out for this game and all the others will be available,” Farke said.
