Real Madrid’s sacking of Xabi Alonso from the managerial post gave the club better hope about the renewal of Vinicius Jr, especially given how Florentino Perez and Co. see him as central to the future of the club.
The player, after all, had a strained relationship with the former manager and the departure of the club legend opened the channels for more productive talks.
Now, as relayed by MARCA, the player’s future continues to be in a grey area. While it is clearer than before, there are now additional factors popping up in the saga.

As reported by the Spanish outlet, Vinicius enjoys the support of the club and the coach Albaro Arbeloa, who has made his admiration for the Brazilian very clear in his opening press conferences.
His future, however, remains unclear for a plethora of reasons, the biggest of which is the clear gap between his salary demands and what the club are willing to offer him. Talks are still stalled and neither party appears willing to compromise.
Further, the recent tension between Real Madrid fans and the player has had a serious impact on the player and he no longer feels as loved at the club as he used to. After all, he has been booed at the Santiago Bernabeu for a few games now.
The tensions between him and the fans are primarily because of his behaviour, which fans do not see in a good light. That relationship appears to be irreparable, leaving his future in a state of jeopardy.
Matters change fast in football, and a few games at his peak level will indeed bring the fans back in his favour. That, however, is easier said than done given how Vinicius has looked far from his best in recent times.
