Geovany Quenda applauds Daniel Banjaqui as Benfica debut ends in 4-0 win

According to Glorioso 1904, Benfica teenager Daniel Banjaqui marked his Liga debut with an Instagram post, and Sporting winger Geovany Quenda responded with an applause emoji.
The 17-year-old full-back featured as Benfica beat Estrela da Amadora 4-0 in the 19th round, with fellow debutant Anísio Cabral scoring from Banjaqui's cross.
He called it an unforgettable night, debuting at Estádio da Luz in the sacred shirt among the supporters felt special, and he hailed three more points with a rallying cry for Benfica.
Team-mates joined in, with Diogo Prioste and José Neto posting messages of praise, while Cabral added a short note after his goal.
Across this season, Banjaqui has played 17 matches for Benfica, one in the Liga, eight in the Segunda Liga, four in the Youth League, three in the Liga Revelação and one in the Taça de Portugal.
He has totalled 987 minutes, scoring once and providing one assist, and is valued at 1 million euros.
