Houston Dynamo thrash LAFC in shock road win | OneFootball

The Houston Dynamo pulled off a major upset in the Western Conference of MLS this evening, thrashing LAFC in Los Angeles. 

Marc dos Santos' side came into the night fresh off the sting of being dumped out of the Concacaf Champions Cup, but the hangover from their continental exploit appeared to carry over into league play. 

The scoring was opened by a Jack McGlynn thunderbolt before Guilherme put the visitors two goals to the good. 

While Nathan Ordaz gave LAFC a route back into the game just before the break, McGlynn and former LAFC star Mateusz Bogusz added to the lead for the Dynamo, sparking an exodus inside of BMO Stadium.

After the defeat, LAFC now sit eight points off of the top of the Supporters' Shield standings.
