Sheffield United beat Hull City 2-1 at Bramall Lane, with Danny Ings' late winner lifting the Blades from 17th to 16th in the Championship.

Oliver McBurnie put Hull ahead in the fifth minute, finishing from the centre after Liam Millar's pass.

After the restart the Blades built pressure. John Lundstram received a second yellow and was sent off (75.).

Jairo Riedewald won a penalty after Kyle Joseph's foul (83.). Gustavo Hamer equalised from the spot (85.).

Two minutes later Ings, on moments earlier, swept in from Japhet Tanganga's pass (88.).
