After the “Royals” publicly stated about a month ago that they had not made contact with Olise or his representatives—either directly or indirectly— a new report from the website FussballTransfers is now fueling fresh speculation.

Olise is considering a move to Real Madrid

According to information from FussballTransfers, Olise is reportedly seeking a move to Real Madrid as early as this summer. The report states that the 24-year-old sees Real Madrid as offering the ideal conditions to take the next step in his career.

So far, there have been no public statements from the player regarding a possible desire to transfer.

Most recently, Bayern Munich has repeatedly emphasized that Olise is considered unsellable. At the same time, according to consistent media reports, the Munich club is working on an early contract extension with the star forward.

Barcola as a possible candidate?

According to FussballTransfers, the record champions are nevertheless preparing for various scenarios. The report states that Max Eberl and Bayern officials have already made contact with several potential alternatives.

One of the names mentioned is Bradley Barcola of Paris Saint-Germain. According to the report, the 23-year-old Frenchman is among the players the Munich club is considering.

However, should Real Madrid actually make a move for Olise, a transfer could take on enormous proportions. Since the attacking player does not have a buyout clause with FC Bayern and his contract runs for the long term, a transfer fee of significantly less than 200 million euros would be hard to imagine, according to information from FussballTransfers. According to the report, Real is even said to be willing to invest up to 220 million euros in an extreme case.
