Juventus have a huge challenge on Wednesday night as they try to wipe out a three-goal deficit against Galatasaray in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League playoff at the Allianz Stadium.
The Italians go into this decisive clash with significant selection problems in several areas of the pitch.
Juan Cabal is suspended after being sent off in the first leg in Istanbul. Andrea Cambiaso is also banned for one match after picking up three yellow cards during the Champions League campaign.
Emil Holm will miss out as well. The full-back is sidelined by a foot injury suffered in the Derby d’Italia against Inter.
Up front, Dusan Vlahovic is still unavailable following surgery and has not yet returned to action, while Arkadiusz Milik remains out and has not played a competitive game since May 2024.
There is at least some encouragement regarding Gleison Bremer. He was taken off in the first leg with a problem in his right thigh, but tests at J Medical showed no serious damage, and the centre-back is being monitored on a day-to-day basis.
In better news for the attack, Jonathan David has shaken off the groin issue that kept him out of the first leg and is expected to start as the focal point in attack.
Possible Juventus starting XI: Perin; Gatti, Bremer, Kelly; McKennie, Locatelli, Thuram, Kostic; Conceicao, Yildiz; David.
The match will kick off at 8pm BST on Wednesday, 25th February.
For viewers in the UK, the game will be shown on TNT Sports 3 and TNT Sports 5, and will also be available via discovery+ and the discovery+ app.
