Sasa Kaladzjic is considered increasingly unlikely to leave Wolves this summer.
The striker, 29 next week, has a year left on his deal plus a 12-month option, and spent last season on loan at LASK in Austria. A standout scorer for his country at the current World Cup, he joined for £15m in 2022.
He was on a sizeable Premier League wage at Molineux and, despite a relegation pay cut, any move would mean a significant decrease. New head coach Cesar Peixoto could first assess him.
Defender Ladislav Krejci, 27, has again been linked with Leeds, despite completing a £26m permanent move after his loan, with the Whites assessing options to replace Pascal Struijk alongside free agent Danilho Doekhi and Borussia Monchengladbach’s Nico Elvedi.
Today is the contract expiry date for out-of-contract players, who become free agents after tonight, and at Albion attackers Karlan Grant and Josh Maja reach the end of their deals after Maja was offered new terms in May and talks continued with Grant.
Both are weighing options after June recruits refreshed the forward line, and their spells are six and three years respectively.
Talksport claims Aston Villa could move for West Ham captain Jarrod Bowen this summer if Unai Emery strengthens out wide. The 29-year-old posted 11 goals and 12 assists in all competitions despite a dreadful campaign for his side, who dropped from the top flight after 14 seasons. He also missed out on England’s World Cup squad this summer.
